We are scheduled to begin infiltration into the beverage market there in the first quarter of the new year and need to secure shipping for our beans before the end of the month to allow for scheduling ease. In addition to the standard pricing quotes, please supply me with your terms and conditions so that our legal department can start to mull that over; making sure we are all on the same page as far as what is expected out of this business relationship. Furthermore, we would like to work under an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with whatever shipping company we ultimately choose to bring on board as well as would prefer a Non Compete Clause to be executed within our arrangement.
