My company requests information about shipping our products by air cargo to United States. While shipping by air cargo may not be the cheapest mode of transportation available, our customer needs the products much sooner than any other transportation method will allow. These shipments are due to begin next month and once started, they will be processed regularly. We will ship one pallet of products each week from Switzerland to Texas. Each pallet will contain 27 cases that each weigh 6.5 kilos. Therefore, the total weight of the shipment will be 175.5 kg excluding the pallet. What we request from your company is information on how best to prepare our products for shipping by air. We also request your current rate and delivery scheduling as well as any other information we require in order to meet the air carriers' requirements.
