However, this will be our first shipment to this particular country, so I have posted my questions here in hopes of receiving contact from a company who delivers international air cargo to South Africa on a regular basis. My company will prepare the products for shipment, including having the cases palletized and shrink-wrapped. However, we do request a scheduled pickup at our facility. How soon can your company schedule a pickup? Do you have a current rate sheet that you can send so I can compare pricing? What length of time will be necessary for your company to complete this delivery? Can you complete within a week's time from when your company picks it up?
