Have a small contract of 15-20,000 mt per month (200000mtpa) ex Ruzhou / Nantong China to Sydney Australia of Cement. Need vessels for a 12 month run 1 x per month between 20000-35000 deadweight under FIOST terms rate of USD 8.50-9.50 + fuel surcharges in contract. Contract in place now with 1st shpt due 21 May.
