Personal household items

I am looking for someone who might be driving (LKW or something similar) from Hamburg to Finland. I have around 30-35 boxes of size 50cmx35cmx40cm, with 3 large suitcases, a detachable lamp and table. All items are used and personal belongings. There are also some large pot-plants. If there is someone out who could do the transportation please let me know.
