Need to send a dog to SA

Hi I need to send a dog to South Africa by cargo plane on or around 17/18 July. From CKS airport in Taiwan to the international airport in Johannesburg, South Africa. The dog weighs about 6.5kg. The weight of the crate needs to be added. Thanks
